Often forgets appointments booked and fails to turn up with no notice or apology! We used Wiltshire Windscreens to replace a broken window, initially he was brilliant, however the window fell out a few months later. We contacted them to explain the situation and was told they would be out the next day to fix it. We were off on holiday later that day so left the car and keys with our neighbour. We returned 10 days later to find our car window still in the same state as when we had gone away. Upon ringing Wiltshire windscreens I was greeted with "oh sh*t" once I explained who I was! He came out the next day and fixed it. A few months later the glass fell out again. And when we contacted them, we got the response that it may be an issue with the door or an issue with the glass. He would come out and evaluate. Arranged a time and day, I took the day off work to be in, and again he failed to turn up. I rang the next day and it was clear he had forgotten Asked me to send the detail over via text so he "couldn't forget", 3 months later we are still waiting for them to come and evaluate. We will never use this company again after the shocking service we have received!!!
