Forced into using a service which is not needed and costly, Avoid.It all seems very very expensive for a something we already have, also having to pay for call recording and Telco, plus installation and then mobile calls? We are currently paying 175 a month inclusive for all the services we need. Were more than happy with our supplier and the service we get currently, especially with us still being in contract, it will cost us dearly to leave. Im a little lost on your comment of the wireless connection, do you not offer a wireless service as standard with the Internet access? We really are being forced in to a corner by Excell and Flexspace, we are a local business being dictated to by something we dont want or need and charged an extortionate price for? So going by the corkage we would have to pay, to use our own services, we do not require/need 5 phones, or call recording, what is the corkage cost? We take it we will be asked to also leave site like the rest of the empty offices here if we dont go across to Excell, even though we rent the office through Flexspace if we cant agree on a deal?
