Is this manned most of the day ? Can you just turn up for a service wash ? Or is there a good time for someone on site.
What a lovely man! Extremely helpful, went out of his way to make sure I could use the launderette and helped me load and unload bulky sofa cushions. The launderette isn't in my home town but I would gladly travel to receive this kind of customer service. Thank you, much appreciated.
Excellent customer services. OK, I know it's only a laundry and what's to rave about but, it's the customer service offered by the owner that makes me leave a review. To be offered a cuppa on arrival and told how long it would take for the wash and that Chris, the owner, would keep an eye on things so as to enable me to pop and do other things and then return, was just great service. The costs of the facilities are extremely reasonable...3 for a small wash, 5 for a large wash (all one pound coins). The dryers are 20p pieces. It's a real honest community hub meeting place and I'm sure that Chris is the reason for that. What a lovely man, he made a chore a pleasure. Thanks again. (Yorkshire lass)
Called ahead to see if they did service washes for large bulky items, (two king size patchwork quilts). Spoke to a really helpful gentleman who said he could do them for me. I arranged to meet him at the Launderette at 1pm and by 4pm I was able to pop back to collect two lovely smelling, still warm laundered quilts. Great service and a really helpful gentleman. Thank you.
Visited today. Been to a few recently due to travels. Not particularly clean, some of the driers work better than others. My washer worked fine. It has parking outside. Bring your own change.
