Wonderful place for ladies of all ages to keep fit! Not only are the fitness staff very friendly & welcoming, they organise many activities throughout the year and raise hundreds ( actually thousands..!!!!) of pounds for charity.. Love it!! Do come along- no men, no mirrors, nothing but love for all women & their health and well being.. Great work Ladies!!! X

A friendly warm welcome was waiting when I arrived. Did not feel judged or out of place. I look forward to go and try to make a difference to my health. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone even if have tried a conventional gym and did not get on, this could be your type of gym.
