I bought my mattress in Abgust lasr year hefore Xmas it started to dip in middle so nor had a decent sleep since then ,have been trying since then to phone him ,no reply L went over and never open ,finally got his mobile no and he actually came out today to see it and got very arrogant and insisted nothing wrong with it and got too defensive and walked out without trying to resolve the situation .He had the nerve to tell me it was the base . !If you are thinking of going here DON'T No stars would be a more honest review

Not happy with quality of mattresses after a few days. Both dip in the centre and are not comfortable. Divan bases are covered with flimsy material. Buyers need to be aware that they will need to pay extra to cover the bases. Extremely Disappointing.
