Terrible terrible terrible. Making a phone call seems to be pretty pointless as the receptionist cannot stop talking to every single person for more than 15 minutes which last week I saw first hand as I waited for her to stop talking an book me for an appointment she made me wait 15 minutes for. I'm utterly disgusted about how this is ran.
