I would say this is one of the best farm shops you will come across. The food produce available here is some of the finest for sale anywhere. The staff are polite and diligent, the layout spacious and interesting and children friendly. Its a perfect meeting place for business or pleasure or just for a quiet coffee in comfort... a real gem!

A good place to take young children as it has a nice play area. Especially good as the play area can be easily seen from the tables outside.
As farm shops go, this is fine but certainly not the best in the area. For families, there is a decent enclosed play area outside with ride on cars but no swing or slide etc. The food is good but not great and there's just one toilet with baby change. There are usually pigs to see and lambs in the field and the setting is lovely. The shop is small and has its own butcher counter. However, I was disappointed to see they were selling chicken that wasn't free range (and wasn't clearly marked as such) so make sure you ask if this also matters to you.
