Was a great store until i got a pizza waited 10mins while the server picked at stickers then made a pizza with toppings i never even asked for worst and last time ile be going there.

I have been doing my weekly shop at this store since it opened sadly I will not be going there anymore. For the last three weeks I have not been able to complete my shop, the shelves have been hardly stocked and today the freezers were almost empty, I am having to shop again to complete my list, I'm very disappointed with the store these days
Well equipped supermarket Staff seem very young and inexperienced but everyone had to start somewhere I feel as if the managers need to get a grip of the younger staff as some of them are very untidy and brings the image of Asda down in my opinion.
These utterly untrained staff are there to help but think the customer is just someone to blame for their damn self service cons, how is it my fault when they reduce something but you scan it and it charges the full price , they always say you scanned it wrong or you picked up the wrong item which was mistakenly put in the wrong area, its never their fault and although I prefer Asda to the other supermarkets its not just a one of, its every single time, they always always always over charge, I can just about guarantee if you check your receipt in Asda you will have been over charged on something, its usually on a special offer but they will get you on something and Ive never yet been undercharged at an Asda. When you top up the amount of shops around the country it must add up to millions of pounds they make on their overcharging. There should be a massive fine if they dont stop it or of course they wont fix the problem
